On Friday 1st February Year 6 children walked down to Highgate Woods as part of their Geography lesson. They investigated and identified the different features of a river including erosion, deposition and how the river meanders.

It’s not often snow sticks in Preston, so the children made the most of the white stuff this week.
On Friday 18th January, eight Year 6 pupils went to Rossall School in Fleetwood for their Annual Code Breaking Challenge Day. The children worked extremely hard and had to decode three extremely challenging cyphers. All the children displayed excellent problem-solving skill, effective communication skill and super teamwork. Well done!
