Fees and Community Award

Main School Fees: Reception to Year 6

(Please refer to the Nursery section under Funding for children aged 2-4)

School Fees (with effect from September 2019)
£9200 per calendar year - inclusive of school tuition fees, all lunches and insurance
A 5% discount is applied if paid as a lump sum, adjusted to £8740
£9200 per calendar year means three terms (Autumn, Spring and Summer) of £3066.67 each 

By budgeting over a year, this would mean £766.67 per month (to be paid by Direct Debit)

Context: this is the equivalent of just under £177 per week, less than £26 a day

Before/After School
Breakfast Sessions are provided from 7.30am at a cost of £3.00
After School Facilities

After School Care is provided up to 6.00pm charged at £6.50 if pre-booked at the beginning of term.  Thereafter a charge of £8 is made.

Spaces are limited, if you have not pre-booked and need an emergency space you will be charged £10.00 per session and this is subject to availability.  You must contact the office to book your child into After School Care, messages should not be left with teaching staff. 

Late pick up will incur a £25 fee for every part quarter-hour late. 

We offer a number of free Co/Extra-curricular clubs
Some specialist clubs incur an additional charge per term


Travel Service
The School operates a pre-bookable service to and from Lancaster each morning and evening, charged at £3.00 per single trip


A non-refundable registration fee of £50.00 is payable at the time of registering any child at the school
A deposit of £250.00 is required to secure a place in our Reception Class; however, this will be deducted from the first term’s fees upon attendance


Payment of Fees
Fees are due for payment on or before the first day of term
Cheques should be made payable to CPS (Preston) Limited


Sibling discounts are offered - applicable if one child is in the Main School
Salary Sacrifice Scheme - we accept childcare vouchers as payment in respect of any extra-curricular activities and after-school care


Parents are required to give a full term’s notice in writing if they wish to withdraw their children from the School – a term’s full fees will be payable without exception if the required notice is not given


Community Award – Bursary Fund
Applications are welcome for any child who would be eligible for entry from Reception to Year 6 inclusive, as of 1st September each year
All applicants, irrespective of age, will be required to take an academic assessment at the School
The Community Award is subject to a financial means test - however, the bursary allows up to 85% remission of tuition fees
The Community Award is entirely at the discretion of the governing body
